+ Mike Cranfield

Mike has 19 years experience in the insurance and credit card industry with a succession of senior positions in blue chip companies before entering the field of consulting.  Experienced in new product development, portfolio management, market development, partner management, product strategy and insurance reengineering he most recently managed the travel, health and life portfolios of American Express across all of their 28 international markets including the development, management and implementation of insurance and assistance benefits to the premium Gold, Platinum and Centurion Card programmes. Mike has travelled and worked all over the world and has gained an in-depth knowledge of the key markets in Europe, Asia and the Americas.

Dom began his career in 1990 at American Express. Over 17 years there he built a successful track record in brand and marketing strategy, international product development, P&L management and communications. More recently he led marketing at MasterCard for global clients such as HSBC. He has lived and worked all over the world and has developed and launched dozens of major products and campaigns including market-changing innovations such as Centurion the original black card.

Andy’s work history is wide and varied and centres around a core of financial services and product development  experience . He has a proven record of large project and programme delivery with blue-chip companies such as Nat West, LloydsTSB, American Express, Pfizer and Tesco and has delivered over 30 large scale projects/programmes with a combined budget in excess of $100 million over 20 years.  Throughout his career he has undertaken numerous roles and has a high degree of experience in trouble shooting and rebuilding demoralised and de-motivated teams.  A self-motivated, experienced and energetic manager, Andy is a skilled team leader who exhibits a ‘hands-on’ approach to his work based on a proactive style and is at the forefront of industry best practice project management methodologies such as Prince2.
